Namokora, in Kitgum District, is the birthplace of former President Tito Okello Lutwa. Seven months after the National Resistance Army (NRA) toppled his government, its soldiers carried out a massacre there, killing 68 people. Four decades later, the people of Namokora are still waiting for justice. This project examines and documents the transitional justice issues arising from that massacre.
