Project Management
To enhance research capacity, systems for supporting and managing projects must be strengthened and streamlined. Progress has been made, but new policies must be fully implemented, and a lively research culture must be encouraged. Policy and structural changes will include more and better qualified staff, training through managing collaborative projects, exchange with other universities, support for academic publications, improving support for grants applications, and strengthening financial management as well as monitoring of and learning from project activities. Outcome harvesting will be applied.
